Clearly this is a fraudulent business as we have all had the exact same experience with RoseWholesale. However, I would advise others to do as I intend to do...

Put a hold on your payment with your credit card provider. They will take back the funds and RoseWholesale will have to prove that the items were sent (and received) or they will not be reimbursed. The same applies if PayPal was used.

RoseWholesale can either choose to be a legitimate business or they can eventually be put out of business. The choice is theirs!
