I am also trying to get a refund from economybookings. In June I went to pick up a car that I had rented through them. The car hire company would not accept my husband's credit card. I called economybookings and they said they wouldrrefund me the 300£ I had spend. It's now September and after various emails back and forth asking for information such as the phone number I called them from and scans of my husband's credit card I am slowly realising that they are just playing with me. They are theives.
