This is a very good idea really poorly executed both for the consigner and the buyer.
They pay much less than brick and mortar consignment stores so if you have a local store in your area, definitely check them out first. They also reject items for no apparent item and claim they were stained or otherwise damaged even if they are new. If you want your rejected clothes returned, you have to pay 10 bucks IN ADVANCE instead of them letting you know what they've rejected and letting you decide. You could conceivably pay the $10 and have no rejects and just lose the money. Plus it takes at least 6 weeks for them to process your bag. From the shopping perspective, it depends on what you are buying. It is pretty good for kids clothes. However, if you want a pair of jeans, good luck. You might know that Lucky Brand jeans in the Sofia size 6 fits you, but they will only list it as Lucky Brand jeans with no further description about the cut. There is only one picture for all items so you can't see the back of anything. They could be selling way more clothing if they described the items at all. Really weird that they haven't figured this stuff out.
