Ordered an item. 3 weeks after paying for it, I contacted Banggood. They told me to wait. One week later, I reached out again. They asked me to wait again. I asked for a refund, they asked me to wait. I contacted Paypal, and I got an email from Banggood telling me if I continued with Paypal, they would not refund me, so I submitted a claim with Paypal. They got me my money back. I do not trust Banggood any more.

It usually takes about 7-25 business days(about 30 days) to be delivered. Sometimes, it will be delayed by customs, logistic and your local post office. So sometimes our customer service will ask customer to wait for more few days if the order is less than 30 days since the parcel has been sent out.
We will not able to refund you if you open dispute for the whole order. The payment US$26.91 is for orders 5865743 and 5865744. You just have not received order 5865744(US$22.99), however you opened US$26.91dispute for the whole payment. So our customer service told you that we can only refund US$22.99 for the order 5865744 you have not received and asked you to close the US$26.91 dispute first.
