I've been charged of an extra cost from the company I rented the car from. I tried to ask for clarifications to Economybookings Client Service, but they do not answer calls at Saturdays. I took a contact later, and then everything went very slowly: 4 - 5 weeks waiting for answer from EconomyBooking, then they have to investigate the case, and new 6 weeks waiting. And the result - Company says that those extra costs are my additional options I have chosen myselv, and they have no response for it. They have never answered my later letters, where I sent proofs that that was hidden costs.
