I placed an order this last Friday 5/13/2016. I got an email on Friday and Saturday saying the items have been shipped with tracking numbers. I looked in my bank account and the money was taken out. Today I check my email and see a email from you saying that I still had items in my shopping cart but did not finish the checkout How can that be when you already took the money out? I am not going to pay for this twice.
