They've reshipped wines out to me very expediently; always quick to respond. I've been happy with most of the wines I've ordered; you just have to remember there's a reason the wines are on sale, which could include reaching maximal ageability (or not). Love their customer service.

I filed a complaint about the hotel overcharging more than the booking.com reservation price, on my first trial use of booking.com, and received an ignorant overly bureaucratic reply from someone obviously from an overseas call center and only made the matter worse. I won't be back to booking.com for any more torture, and would only recommend to true sadists
