Not as described. Did not devulge from China. Said delivery in 7 to 12 days. I waited 32 days. Not what I ordered. Feels like horse hair, not human. I wrote several times, run a round each time. They go by 4 different names. Want you to jump thru hoops as they waste time. Tried to cancel within 12 hrs. They said sorry already shipped. They have many excuses.

I received my package Feb13th, today is the 22nd. Every day wrote emails for request of RMA. FINALLY talked with Paul David, he listened and took care of my issue.

I love lularoe. They are mostly kind and generous and understanding.
I said mostly, I have run in to some gruff people in this business. However the good ones make up for the bad.

Well Wal-Mart is a yes or no shop.one day nice, easy, many checkout lines. Happy people.
Another day, time, place, totally different. No one knows anything from their own department.
Customer service needs lots of help and more training.
