I ordered a Ferragamo tie before Christmas and it was lost in the post by DHL. I have been in contact with the team a number of times regarding a refund and have heard nothing back. Now when I call it constantly says the number is engaged?
This is appalling customer service! I want someone to get back to me immediately to confirm that my refund has been processes and give me a date for when I can expect refund payment to arrive.
