Absolutely without doubt the worst courier company on this planet!
They never ever leave a tried to deliver card never pick the phone up I've had so many disappointments with this terrible company!

Please be aware people Bright Eyes Solutions does not work it's rubbish all it is is lubricant £50 a box I tried 6 boxes 12 bottles and it did not work as guaranteed my optician confirmed all this product is only a lubricant and instead of paying £300 I could have got another solution that would do exactly the same for £10 I feel robbed I complained but was rudely fobbed off with a very arrogant seller!
Don't waste your money!

Placed an order for Heart Defence x 3 then was bombarded with annoying buy this item buy that item i declined all 8 of them and then as i paid in good faith i recieved a email from them that my order was accepted and guess what it was totally a complete different product from that of the Heart Defence product i emailed them immedietly 8 times to be exact explaining there website was faulty and did not want this useless product, 2 hours later i get a reply saying the useless product had been shipped and on its way disregarding all 8 emails sent and now its been 2 days still without any response from them. They have taken my money $144 and it looks like i know will have a nightmare contacting credit card company trying to explain what they have done. Please Beware poeple of this totally ignorant arrogant money grabbing company who have no regard for anyone but themselves money mad tricksters. I have contacted my lawyer and he reckons i have a strong case against these time wasting horrible humans, i would recommend everyone be very carefull with these idiots!

Bought an paid immedietly £441 for a pair of earphones that i never ever recieved they sent 3 tracking numbers over 4 weeks all said item returned to depot (there shop) the courier said they have not sent the revelant paperwork with the item! How can anyone so stupid do this 3 times anyhow have had no item no refund, had to get police involved and a lawyer, i would advise anyone please do not give this shop any money as you wont get your goods they are very clever at frauding innocent people! BEWARE!

Stay well clear of this terrible website as you wont be pleased!
Please be warned they are rubbish!
I would never ever go near hat website ever again im totally disgusted the way they treat customers, there a disgrace to the industry!
