I'm unable to access the new coke rewards site. I keep on contacting coke rewards with no response. I have lost close to 3000 points.

They send you an email everyday expecting you to buy their cheap expensive junk or magazines. If you don't respond everyday, they tell you, you are not going to win, someone else will & you will forfeit everything.
