Stay Away! They back-order generators and charge your credit card up front. Takes a month to get a refund on a cancelled order (after you turn it over to your bank) Big headache!

I ordered a Honda generator. Big mistake. At 1st they told me they were backordered and would have more in this week. I called at the end of the week and they said that it would be 3 more weeks. They had charged my credit card already. I cancelled the order and got a generator from generator depot instead w/ no problems (they are an authorized Honda dealer). Its been a month and still no refund form generatorsite.com ( a Wise owned co). I've been calling them almost daily to try to resolve this. I finally had to turn it over to my bank c/c dispute dept. What a headache.
