I reached Fox rental counter at Denver Airport on 14th May and they don't have any midsize suv. All jeep cherokee was recalled by company. So, I didn't take the car from Fox. Took a car from another rental company. Then I send 15 emails to *******@bookinggroup.com asking for refund. After 2 weeks I get first reply that they are investigating. Another 2 weeks past. I am still sending email with the hope to get an answer and refund. Never experienced this kind of customer service. I am fully feed up. NEVER EVER BOOK A CAR FROM THEM. Refunds are so difficult to get. I still chasing the dream of getting back the refund. I feel that I am being cheated.
