This company us terrible! I purchased a few items... which there clothing online looks so rich and expensive. When you receive it... clothes looks cheap like it was purchased from a dollar store... so I decided to purchase there costume jewelry my thought was I can't go wrong with that. When I received items one of my watches were damaged and 6 other watches wasn't working. I contacted rosewood by email... they had the audacity to tell me go get new batteries for them or go get them fixed and they will go half with me to pay the bill... I was shocked! I told them I spend my hard earned money on there merchandise and I expect to receive working items... and im not paying more to get them fixed! There jewelry is inexpensive. So it will cost me more to fix. Smh. Also i purchased a jacket which they sent wrong size. They had the nerve to say give it to your sister as a gift! How do they even know I have a sister? I could've gave it to anyone however i want what I ordered! They jacket was $30 they gave me only a $10 credit! They said I can return it but I will pay shipping cost $20! What! They stressed there not paying it and it, was there fault! Please customers this company is a rip off! There items are cheap and non-working... there clothes looks nothing! I mean nothing like how they look online! SAVE YOUR MONEY! OR YOU WILL HAVE THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
