My ID blocked and I cannot afford sponsoring jobs because we are very small company and we recruit oversees. If indeed not blocked my ID help me to grow then I will definitely in future sponsor my jobs by earning some money oversees.

Hi Shishir, because the login IP address is not in the United States, the jobs will need to be sponsored in order to appear on the site.
