This is the second time I ordered from Rosewholesale. The first order arrived quickly but the quality of products were fairly poor. Decided to give them a chance and ordered again about a month ago for 4 items. Received email about payment and statement saying" you will receive a shipment notice with tracking #). Nothing received. Sent an inquiry and no reply received ( they have 1 business day dislcaimer). Sent a second one and called the number, was told " I will reply to your ticket number. Check your email". Well, email says give it few more weeks, you did not pay for tracking so can't track (though there is a tracking #). Now, I have routinely bought from international sellers, almost 6-7 times/month for years. Only had a problem once and it was promptly resolved by seller. Never had this poor customer service before. Not expecting much and will possibly not buy again.

Because it is international surface mail and there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company. Most orders sent with this service provider can arrive between 10 and 25 working days.
