“Can i refuse to receive the item form LBC delivery”

Hi I need to receive the item this week... Can I refuse to accept the delivery if the item arrive beyond my expected date of delivery? Because I need to find another one if i will not received it before my daughters birthday. Your standard delivery time stated during i made my order will be on April 30 - May 2 2016.

Hoping for your quick responce.

Thanks for letting us know about your concern, ShielaMae. Please be informed that the date you saw upon check out was just an ESTIMATED time of delivery and not the STANDARD DELIVERY time frame of 1-7 BUSINESS days for orders within Metro Manila and 5-12 BUSINESS days if its orders outside the Metro. Except of course for the import items which has 21-25 business days (30 calendar days) and POWERBANKS or anything that has LITHIUM content which has an additional 15 calendar days ontop of the standard del. Time frame if within Visayas and Mindanao. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included. But its still your choice if you're going to accept the delivery or not.
