I recently purchased several items. They sent me a SM dress instead of an XL and the glasses I ordered were supposed to be clear glass but were impossible to see clearly through. The earrings I ordered were pretty but one of them hung sideways on your ear. I explained clearly and requested a return voucher; was told I needed to send a picture of what was wrong with the items. I informed them I did not have a digital or camera phone and that I should be taken on my word and just hold my return credit until it arrived for inspection. No way! Ridiculous to communicate with. Obviously they are not backing up the quality of your order. No more business here!
