Just like most others on here, I am very disappointed. I was so excited when I saw the add on Facebook for this gorgeous, personalized jewelry. I ordered $200 worth on 11/30/2015, and my credit card was charged that very same day. I never received an email confirmation, and when I entered my email address to attempt to get a status of my order, it said "email not recognized." There is not a phone number to contact customer service, and their on-line chat doesn't work. I sent an email, but I have only received an automated response. I can understand that personalized jewelry may take a little longer, but the fact that there is no communication is concerning. The items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts, and I am afraid that my order will not arrive in timeā€¦. If it even arrives at all. If I don't hear from them within the 48 hours that their automated email indicates, I will be disputing my credit card charge. Such a shame; these were going to be the gifts I was most excited about giving.

Tip for consumers:
I was finally able to get in touch with someone today through chat. She promised my order would be here by Christmas. If it is, I will update again to advise if the wait was worth it
