I purchased 4 tickets for an upcoming event about 2 weeks ago. Just this morning I noticed that I had requested the wrong date (2 day event). I'm new to Goldstar and was not sure if anything could be done, typically you have to wait 24-48hrs before getting a response. I sent an e-mail to Goldstar's customer service team and within a couple of minutes I received an e-mail stating that it would be taken care of... within 10 minutes I had an e-mail confirming the refund and one directly afterwards with a nice memo with a confirmation for the tickets on the date requested! I cannot wait until after the event - stay tuned! I have not seen customer service like this in a while - well done!
