The Beauty Place sells BOGUS products.
The Jan Marini products that I paid close to $100 dollars are BOGUS.
The "supervisor" Danielle did nothing to rectify the situation.
THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM.

BEWARE!! THE BEAUTY PLACE SELLS BOGUS products and pawns them off as authentic. Danielle the supervisor was of no help and claimed if the product was opened they would not take them back! THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM. CLOSE THEM DOWN!!

According to the order notes, Danielle did approve a return on your order and you received a full refund on November 13,2014.
The customer service representative and supervisor assisted you fully with your order.
In your conversation with the customer service representative, it was said that it would be escalated to resolve the matter as a courtesy. You received a phone call and an email stating that the return was approved, the instructions for the return and that a refund would be issue which was the resolution requested by yourself and was to your satisfaction.
This review does not accurately the entire customer service experience or returns policy process.
