1. I sent back a pair of shoes for store credit and there has been plenty of time for them to have received them, but shows no credit to my account.
2. I placed another order then decided I didn't want the shoes 2mins. After paying for them I canceled them. Today in the mail I received the shoes I canceled.
3. Do you people read the emails sent to you or do you just skim thru them because the answers I get back have nothing to do with my questions.

For clarification with regard to our shipping, please note that we charge one flat shipping rate for all purchases made on the same day. For most packages, we use a combination of UPS and USPS services. Since the final delivery is handled by your local postal service, your order can be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays.
Lastly, for your convenience, we always list out the estimated shipping window on the sale page and on your order confirmation so you'll know exactly when to expect it.
