I was displeased with this Company and after complaining and not getting satisfaction, I contacted Site Jabber and left an unfavourable review. They apologised and promised if I the item back, after a lot of negotiation on my part, like 26 emails, they would refund the purchase price and pay half towards the cost of return shipping. GUESS WHAT.? After no end of further emails, telling them that I had returned the parcel, I cannot get a reply from them. The return cost was £20.55, so as well as that, I have nothing to show for my original outlay. They wanted me to retract the review and I ignored their request. I assume that is why they have ripped me off. EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED.
