I recently had two shipments which were from a loyalty program my Mum and I are subscribed to. Needless to say there were emails back and forth about how to state the values because some items were purchased, some were freebies and some were obtained through loyalty points. I was getting anxious as to how to deal with this when Angel came through for me. She understood my predicament and after my full explanation to her, she updated all the values for me accordingly and dealt with the 'problem' efficiently and in such a friendly manner.
