Purchased a total of 5 online gift cards from their website for two different compamies - received the cards in an hour or so even though it was out of business hours. Used them the next day without any problems. Before purchasing the cards from their website, I googled them and read a review which said they gave full refund for problematic gift cards (which can happen time to time) and this was the reason that I decided to buy cards from them (there are other gift card websites that offer full refund too, yet they gave less discount for the cards I was looking for).

The product diversity, the prices and the discounts they offer are good. Sometimes, really good. I caught 70% once!
One comment I have about their website is that I can not copy the billing address to the shipping address part (it shouldn't be difficult to put a checkbox to copy everything down), and it requires me to rewrite my address any time I want to apply a promo code. Not cool, Gap, not cool!
This might be a problem of using mobile devices to shop from Gap though.

I have purchased several items from this website, worth couple hundred dollars. Sometimes they are very quick, sometimes it takes a couple weeks for the items to arrive. Once sent a wrong product, when I notified them, they told me to keep the item and send the correct one without any extra charge.
So, don't buy if you are in a hurry, but other than that, I think their prices are really good. AND - first read the reviews of the products on other websites like Amazon; sometimes there are $#*!tyy products, but sometimes really good deals.

Edit: Recently purchased the "Almond Blossom" of Van Gogh printed on a canvas. For 55 dollars, it was a very good deal and the quality really made me happy. Yes, it arrived in a month. But for this price, waiting was no problem for me.
