The clothes were good for the price. One dress did not arrive, as they were out of stock. The "promised refund" email is still not showing any promise to my credit card (See update). There was also fraud case opened on my credit card after using the site. Ladies, if you plan to buy from this site, PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD. Please use gift cards.

My card number was changed, and with that, the risk management team with my bank has reimbursed the funds that I did not legitimately spend on Jollychic. I can not honestly say Jollychic was at fault for my stolen information, but I do feel the website still needs to be more secure. I had to rearrange my finances quite a bit. As for the refund, Jollychic's employees have been in constant email correspondence and have provided me with an item of equal value to what I paid for and did not charge me shipping. Because of their dedication, my review has been revised and the rating has gone up. I would consider shopping through Jollychic.com again (with a giftcard) as I do really enjoy the clothing and also get many compliments when wearing items from this site.
