3yr old system that was making a funny noise, I thought it was the Hard Drive & was expecting the worst, they diagnosed the system and stated that the HD passed testing but there were cross-linked files (no idea what they are), & that the noise was the fan near the HD. Inexpensive repair, & the system was done the next day.

Prime is the only way to go..

I like specific lip balm & they carry it.

I agree prices are good, but the corporations sucks in it's treatment to it's employees.

They have stuff you can't get locally or anywhere else on the web because they are exclusive..

Like any other big box electronic store, at least returns are somewhat easy, but forget the geeksquad...

The other store is not as clean or organized, Petsmart is clean organized and staff is always helpful.

Yes it's busy, yes the customers can be jacka**es but the store itself is nice

It's all about toys, big, busy, sometimes crowded but it has toys..

They make good stuff, not to repair friendly though

Y do they always put the perfumes at the most inconvenient places like the entrances the stuff give you a headache.

Excellent tshirts, good coupons & %'s off items.

Prices are so so, big store not always help available when you need them...

Free/Paid either way the service is excellent.
