After an awful experience at gearbest.com i tried geekbuying which had some bad reviews I found later. But I got the equipment (cube iwork10) and all worked well.
Get the shipping insurance, as it's cheap and that tends to make sure things work out better in past experiences with out of country importing.
There was a slight delay that they informed me of albeit without details of exactly how long. It turned out to be a couple days.
I used the wxpedited shipping and DHL got the package here fast, 3business days, seriously! I was amazed.
The product was wrapped in foam for extra protection, (maybe because I got the shipping insurance? Maybe that's there standard way.)
That gave me a good feeling about these guys.
The reason not a 5 are due to the delay when coupled with no approx of time.

However YMMV, 1 shipment does not make a pattern but good prices and this transaction worked out.

While I have a great review let me first say that the order was filled from the US warehouse, not overseas, so shipping took under a week.
The product made it in great shape, and is working well. Everything went smoothly.
I picked up the chuwi hi10 and the keyboard. I got the cube iWork 10 before.
I would say they both have +/-. The chuwi has standard usb2/3 ports but the cube is thinner. The cube feels more solid (heavy/balanced) but the chuwi is lighter. They both run great (4g ram/64g ssd) and look good.

But banggood surprised me with US and EU warehouses, great shipping time and great care to make sure the product didn't get damaged in shipping.
UPDATE: Now I have purchased a few items from the China warehouses and shipping has gone very well, with very good products and prices. In about 10 calendar days I usually have received the item in good condition.

I have bought a couple times from this company, each time resulting in disaster.
The first was a quad-copter. The unit was show having english labels for controls however the unit I received was in Chinese. When asked to send a simple overlay to replace the controls I was met with resistance and denial.

The second was a tablet purchase at a great price. However only the accessories were shipped. When questioned about the tablet their immediate response was to send a refund of only the tablet, or return of the other equipment. Anyone familiar with the mailing system to china will understand that it's like $3.00 to send from china and $300.00 to send back.

They are totally a scam to try to move marginal equipment out of China and leave foreign buyers holding the bag.

I know it looks like a good deal but it's going to end in your wanting a refund and not realizing the cost of returning the products.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! Do Not Trust. (hey I'm not just a 1 time upset customer, I gave them a 2nd chance and got burnt 2x)

Trust me, not them.
