I wrote a review on their website about the experience and I also submitted two tickets for assistance but they have not responded. After waiting almost a month, they first told me the item was not in stock. When I requested a refund, magically, the item was shipped the same day! But I have NOT received them, which makes me wonder if they really shipped it. "
