I received my brush and used it once and the bristles were floating in my pool, I would expect some but not as many. I contacted the company about warranty and submitted a photo this is their response. Quite obvious they don't warranty anything if they don't believe you and judge from a photo.

We've received your warranty request for your 360 brush. It was not evident in the picture provided that backed up your claim of missing bristles. If you feel the loss of bristles can be show with a better picture, please feel free to submit a new claim that better shows areas on the brush that have voids.

Tip for consumers:
I would not buy from this company again it has a no warranty policy.

I purchased a electric dartboard and it did not turn on. I asked for a return label and was told I had to cancel my dispute with paypal to get a refund, I refused to cancel my dispute and they offered me $5.00 credit on my 35.95 purchase. Paypal did side with me but now I have to pay for return shipping. This company also uses the name GOPLUS CORP.

You can just issue the credit to paypal so it gets credited to the right account and card. That would be the preferred way since that is how I paid for the item. Once I close that claim I can't reopen it so I feel better if you just credit paypal.

I placed an order November 23,2014 today is March 11,2015 still haven't received it. Here are some of the replies

My response, I have waited patiently since November 23,2014 and am no longer understanding and giving kind support. As in the last request I would like my pay pal account refunded for my purchase price.

As it is unregistered mail, there is no tracking information online. Somethimes it may take much longer time to arrive than other shipping methods.
Can you close the CLAIM?
After you close it, we can process your refund.

I am not closing my claim with PayPal as Madeline requested. It is impossible to get your money back.

March 16th 2015 my paypal account was credited with the help of paypal.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it as you will regret it. If you do, use PayPal and do not cancel your claim. Remember PayPal has a time limit on claims
