I placed an order November 23,2014 today is March 11,2015 still haven't received it. Here are some of the replies

My response, I have waited patiently since November 23,2014 and am no longer understanding and giving kind support. As in the last request I would like my pay pal account refunded for my purchase price.

I am not closing my claim with PayPal as Madeline requested. It is impossible to get your money back.
