I placed an order on 11/11/14 for two blouses and paid by PayPal. I finally received the one blouse in December. It was cute. I had ordered clothing from China before, so I knew to order at least one size bigger than I normally would. They said they shipped my other blouse on 12/19/14. The tracking number shows it left China on 12/26, but never arrived in the United States. Rose Wholesale will not return my emails. It is too late to file a dispute on PayPal, so I guess I am out the money. I guess it is just tuition at the school of life!
