I used StubHub for the first time and there was a problem with my order. I just called them and not only was my issue taken care of but they were courteous, professional, willing to go above and beyond and left me with my mouth hanging open over the amazing customer service I just received. I will definitely continue to purchase any of my tickets from StubHub! I wish other companies trained their CSRs the same as StubHub!
