I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up for the "trial membership" for 14 days! I signed up for the 14 day full membership for $1.95, on the 15th day my card was charged $39.80. Please read the fine print! I attempted to cancel but it is not easy. It is a script and there are a ton of free sites that help you create resumes and are just as good!

We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We make cancellation really easy. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
