I paid for next day delivery and received it two days later and they wouldn't refund my money for next day delivery. I'll never order from them ever again nor refer them to my soldiers. I mean I would have accepted the difference between the 1 day and two day delivery especially since I ordered way before 3pm eastern standard time

Shaindallie S. I'm military and it's horrible next day shipping is actually 2day shipping and 2day shipping is 3day shipping although they have great products my personal experience with them sucked but it's open to everyone
Jane C. i think they need time to make it before it ships... right? so once they make it, then it arrives next day.
