I made a reservation online back in January 2015 for a one night stay in May. It is not April and I get a call from the hotel that booking.com overbooked and I do not have a room. Every other hotel in the area is booked now a well so I am completely out of options. Booking.com offered to put me up in a $#*!ty hotel miles away - geeze thanks. Not only am I inconvenienced by location but with the need for a rental car. They never once offered to refund my money or make it up to me in anyway. This is a pathetic way to run a business and I will NEVER use booking.com again. They are unreliable! And when it comes to hotel reservations and travel arrangements, I cant afford to use an unreliable source._Sincerly, a livid pissed customer
