It was my first time shopping from Wanelo. I had read that many etsy users also sell on Wanelo, so I thought it was a trustworthy site. WRONG! I ordered a two piece bathing suit on Dec 31 and my credit card got charged right away. They never emailed me a tracking number but I finally got a package today and it was the wrong item! Not even close to the item I ordered! I ordered a swim suit and they mailed me a waist corset! What the heck!? This was obviously a seller from China. I don't trust overseas vendors and Wanelo has lost me as a customer!

We recently introduced a program called the Wanelo Guarantee, which states that if you don't receive the item you ordered, we will cover the full cost of the order plus shipping. This is definitely one of those situations, so all you need to do is email us with photos of the item, put "Sitejabber" in the subject line and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible!
