Ive known about wanelo forever, but recently I purchased a skirt for the first time. The skirt is from IDEOLOGY. I placed an order an 1/29/16, and it is still in the processing stage. So I sent an email to wanelo and asked for a refund but of course I cannot get a refund until it ships. Its been half a month, seriously.? (2/19/16) Im going to assume Im never going to get my money back. Too bad I will NEVER order anything off of wanelo again.
**Update:
I did recieve my item, it was in fine condition. A rep did also offer me a $5 credit for anything off their site. Too bad theres nothing under $5 on this website, its not worth paying extra.

Hi Selena! That sounds very frustrating and I’m sorry that the order hasn’t shipped. I do know that the store Ideology was observing the Chinese New Year, which caused some orders to be a little delayed. Having said that, it should’ve shipped by now so I’m happy to dig in to see what the issue is! I’ll send you private msg so I can learn what your order number is.
