Half of the order never arrived. I waited 72 days between placing the order and filing a dispute with my credit card. Customer service couldn't provide me with a tracking number or realistic time frame as to when the item would arrive. I was told to "just wait longer", "maybe the item is delayed" over the course of a month leading up to me filing the credit card dispute.
Oh, and paypal's window to dispute charges is 45 days. So I suggest ignoring whatever "just be patient" rhetoric that customer service feeds you and opening a dispute on day 44. The longer you wait, the less likely you are to get your money back.
