Just trying to get items shipped backā€¦ The two Items are still in their packaging, and quite new. I had asked for the Return/Refund # that will get assigned to this for shipping back to the warehouse? Possible Return shipping label for sending it back. The return shipping address on the package was a US Warehouse.

Why would Banggood require someone to ship a package back to China that actually came from the US Warehouse unless they want to deter the customer from sending the items back by making them pay an even higher cost to ship them back than what they actually paid for the existing products? Is this the way Banggood does business so that customers won't request returns? Legitimate businesses would have just responded to my first Return request with a Return shipping label that you could either print off from their site or one that was sent from customer support, but from Banggood you end up getting email after email telling you to sell the items to your friends or they try to deter you from returning the items by saying you'll have to pay an extremely high cost to ship them back. Legit companies don't do this... Once you get them to address your issue they send you an address that you know will cost more to ship back too when the package actually came from a US Warehouse and the shipping was less than nothing.

Legit companies want return business so they do whatever it takes to keep good customers.

If you get items shipped from a US Warehouse, when you want to return them you should be able to ship them items back to the warehouse that they were shipped out of. Unless you want to deter customers from actually trying to get refunds.
