They act like it is so easy to cancel you'd be a fool if you ended up with charges. When actually that's how they make all their money. If you call the 800 number like I did you will never get farther then the automated voice message system they just hang up on you and if you live chat with somebody they're only going to draw it out they're going to charge you at least two months no matter what so do yourself a favor like I did call your bank have them change your account number and they can't take any money.

We make cancellation really easy, as we provide several options. You can cancel the service via e-mail at customerservice@myperfectresume.com, or you can even go to our website, where there is a self-cancellation feature under the “My Account” section.
We understand that you used our live chat to have your account cancelled. An account will not be charged further if it has been cancelled before the 14 day trial period is up. As soon as a subscriber’s account has been cancelled, we do sent out a confirmation e-mail for your records.
