“I think this website is a rip off”

I think this website is a rip off. They charge money to provide you with torrents and open source software like Vuze! Most disturbing was they claim they have a 7 day money back guarantee, but mails sent to customer support for refund reply with a "Step by step" directions for downloading. 877 number provided is a sham, no one picks it up.
I am planning to report this as a internet fraud..
