THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I ordered a few pieces once about a year ago and i wish i never had! The product was fine but I didn't want to be part of a subscription service, I called and cancelled my account. They continued to charge my credit card after the fact. When I called and asked for a refund for the charges (I hadn't bought anything and as a subscription company they charge every month whether you buy something or not), they said they would cancel my account again but they couldn't refund me the credit I had towards my account (which was the result of months of charging my card). FINE. I used the credit and hoped this would be the end of it. BUT NO! AGAIN THEY KEPT CHARGING ME! I called again to cancel and was assured that I no longer had an account - FALSE. I NOW HAVE $200 IN UNUSED CREDIT THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD AFTER I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT 3 TIMES! I don't want credit, I don't want product. I just want a refund for the charges that were wrongfully placed on my credit card! BE WARNED - IF YOU SUBSCRIBE THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO LEAVE. Please spread this story to anyone you know, this has been a NIGHTMARE! I feel like I'm part of a credit card scam.

We are sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. However, it appears there has been a misunderstanding. After the membership is cancelled, no more charges occur. From what we understand, it is possible you re-enrolled in the membership upon checkout when you used your store credit.

The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.

If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must send an email to our claims department at claims@adoreme.com explaining the case and why you were not able to request a refund within our 30 day limit.

Customers are free to cancel their membership at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit. If you would like to cancel, please send us an email at help@adoreme.com and we will send you the instructions on how to cancel your VIP membership.
