Ideeli is a great website. They offer designer brands at a fraction of the retail prices. I've purchased a few items and have not been disappointed. The only reason I didn't give it the best rating is that sometimes they offer brands that I wouldn't consider "designer" items (such as items one could find at TJ Maxx and/or Marshall's). I enjoy these sites because they offer an opportunity to own items I wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. Even so, when they do have high-end products, the pricing and selection is generally worth browsing. They also have great give-aways for items from designers such as Gucci, Miu Miu, etc. which is cool. I would definitely recommend it.

Jason it would be nice to have this resolved once and for all this has been a bad experienced so far it's seems I have to explain my whole story to everyone I talk to in your customer service department too. Maybe you all should take notes ..thats what I do.. I work in customer service myself and it's not easy and not every customer has good intentions . I have nothing but good intentions things that seem clearly explained on your website are not what they seem .
I am very upset by this I wish I had know the coupon was nonrefundable NOT we will not charge your card until the recipient cashes it in.. THAT WAS A FLAT OUT LIE!!!
