Audible customer service has become so bad I had to cancel my membership. My last 8 audio purchases were not downloading and after hours in chat, email and phone I just gave up. They can't or won't fix the problem, don't respond to emails and don't seem to care that high user customers cancel their longterm membership. Thanks to all the reviewers for the heads up - I'll be cancelling my credit card and my Amazon account and never using either company again.

This company has tried to charge me 3 times for an order that I received over 12 months ago. They won't answer any emails they just keep trying to charge my credit card for an old order. Don't trust them.
