After placing the order on 11/27/15 someone finally respondedicated on December 4th and informed me they'd need an additional 3-5 days to process it or they'd happily refund my funds or ship me another item of my choosing. I informed them to refund it because they're playing games and not adhering to any business standard. No refund has been initiated and no response was made so I've canceled my card and begin the dispute of fraudulent activity with my financial institution. These people are crooks and have no intention of getting you your product or issuing the refund they "offer." I'll be sure to pass along the fraudulent activity to everyone I know and you should do the same, they need to be shut down or banned from business in the US.
