I ordered two items on 9/06/15 and they were shipped on the 09/08/15 and the product still has not been received. Wrote and asked and they said that there was no tracking with the basic shippment and I could expect it within 45 days. Well, almost 60 days later my items still aren't here. I wrote them again to inquire about when I can ask for a refund because product was not recieved... or how long I have to wait for the mail.
