I shop around extensively before making a purchase, and this site had the best price on a child carrier hiking pack I was considering. I bought the pack and used it for a hike, and noticed a design flaw that was causing my son's legs to chaff. I requested a return to be processed for the pack, and I was emailed a return shipping label and authorization number promptly. I was issued a full refund once they received the pack. Great site and customer service. Couldn't ask for better.

Great prices for inks. I bought generic version inks for by Brother MFC 210 printer, and the inks worked as well as expected for generic inks. I had to clean my printer heads more often that I probably would need to with original inks, but the site does sell original inks, and I did choose to use the cheaper option. Definitely saved me a lot of money in the long run.

Great website. I was able to customize and order my laptop just as I needed it. I have heard terrible things about their customer service and support, but have not used them first hand, so this point is not reflected in my rating.

Good product selection. Ordered a custom sofa from them, and it was exactly what I expected. They mailed me sample fabrics for a deposit of $200 (not sure why deposit is so high), which was refunded when I returned the samples to them. Took about six weeks to receive the sofa after order placement. Customer service was very helpful throughout the process.
