I ordered 2 months ago I received emails first few weeks that they didn't have my order in stock but after waiting patiently for 2 months I never received anything yet so I mailed them about it. And they claim they never received payment but they did I have credit card bills to prove it! Don't buy from them they are scam

Dear Sandro, could you please provide me with your order details so we can look into this? We are very sorry that obviously something went wrong with your order. We have been a worldwide non-smoke tobacco supplier since 1998 and we will certainly correct any mistake made by us!
