I have been a member for a while and have never had any issues, I definitely recommend Living Social
Been a customer for a couple of years and I am finding the customer service to be horrible. I was on hold for over two hours using 2 different phones. Yes, I know I could have hung up but I needed to speak with a rep. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Better get a comfortable chair when calling to speak with a rep. Wait time is toooooooo long!
