I've been chasing every single day for a refund for a month now.
I've given them all the refund details they need a million times.
They are so incompetent it is unbelievable, I think they will never give me a refund.
BELOW IS A STUPID MESSAGE FROM THEM- THEY CLEARLY HAVEN'T READ ANYTHING. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE
